In a highly competitive market, Hung’s Noodle House continued to grow through the 1990’s by continuously improving upon and expanding the product lines to include an assortment of wonton and dumpling wrappers, rice based products and frozen foods such as dumplings, spring rolls and wontons. Hung also sought out traditional recipes and production methods from other Asian cultures such as Japanese Udon and Soba.
